Warranty Policy


At Salt, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every Salt appliance is designed to make your everyday life simpler, smarter, and more delightful. To ensure peace of mind, we provide a warranty against manufacturing defects under the terms below.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • Salt appliances are covered under a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal, domestic use.

  • During the warranty period, Salt will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge.


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or general aging of the product.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use with incompatible accessories.

  • Issues arising from commercial or industrial use (our products are intended for household use only).

 

Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Salt Customer Care at support@salt-lifestyle.in or +91 9833851182 with proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

  2. Share videos of the issue for preliminary assessment.

  3. Our service team will guide you through troubleshooting. If unresolved, we will arrange for repair or replacement as per policy.

 

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only when the product is purchased from Y8 Space Consumer Private Limited or its authorized sellers.

  • Any product sold by unauthorized sellers will not be covered under this warranty.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Salt’s liability is limited to the repair/replacement of the defective unit. It does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
